NEW YORK (BNO NEWS) — Police in the New York City borough of Manhattan have found explosives inside a plastic bag that was found at Marble Cemetery, officials said.

Police refused to say whether a link to terrorism is being suspected but said there were no blasting caps to detonate the explosives.
