BAGHDAD (BNO NEWS) — A U.S. soldier died of non-combat related injuries in Iraq on Thursday, the U.S. Military said.
A brief statement from the U.S. Military said the soldier died of non-combat related injuries in Baghdad. It provided no further details on the cause.
The name of the deceased soldier is being withheld pending notification of next of kin, and will be announced by the U.S. Department of Defense no earlier than 24 hours after notification of next of kin.

BAGHDAD (BNO NEWS) — A U.S. soldier was killed in Baghdad on Thursday, the U.S. military said.
The soldier, attached to the United States Division – Center, was killed during combat operations. The military did not provide further details on his death.
The U.S. Department of Defense will release the identity of the soldier after notification of next of kin.

BAGHDAD (BNO NEWS) — A U.S. soldier was killed in northern Iraq on Saturday, the U.S. military said on Sunday.
A statement from U.S. Forces – Iraq said the soldier died from non-combat related causes in Ninewa Province, but provided no further details. “Task Force Marne extends our deepest condolences to the family during this time of loss and his service will be remembered,” the statement read.
Even though the statement said his death was not combat-related, it did say the ‘incident’ is under investigation.
The soldier was assigned to the U.S. Forces Division – North.
BAGHDAD (BNO NEWS) — Two American soldiers died in a vehicle accident in Iraq on Monday, the U.S. military said on Tuesday.
The military said the soldiers died of non-combat related injuries, and said two other soldiers were injured in the same accident. “The names of the deceased are being withheld pending notification of next of kin and release by the Department of Defense,” it said.
The U.S. military said the accident is currently under investigation. No other details were immediately available.
