NEW YORK (BNO NEWS) — Rachel Uchitel, nightclub executive and the first alleged Tiger Woods mistress, on Thursday admitted to having an affair with actor David Boreanaz, who is best known for his roles in ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’ and ‘Bones.’

Uchitel’s admission comes hours after RadarOnline.com published text messages between the two, text messages which she said are not authentic, taken completely out of context or incomplete.

Her lawyer, Gloria Allred, said Uchitel and Boreanaz had a romantic relationship. “She understood that he was unhappy in his marriage and had been for some time and she had reason to believe that he intended to separate from his wife,” Allred said. “He continually asked Ms. Uchitel to be patient and to wait for him.”

Allred said that Uchitel believed Boreanaz because they spoke through the telephone and through text messages from morning until night on a regular basis. “He treated her as his girlfriend and also took her out in public,” Allred said, who said Boreanaz called her between takes when he was taping ‘Bones’ and put her on the phone with his friends and his son.

“He even stayed with Ms. Uchitel when he came to New York for press tours,” Allred said. “He gave her a silver key on a chain to symbolize the key to their hearts.”

Uchitel’s lawyer said Boreanaz sent her a video of himself telling her how much he loved her, that he loved her then and that he would love her forever. Allred said that Uchitel ended the relationship because she felt Boreanaz had ‘not been completely truthful with her and she no longer trusted him.’

Uchitel herself also released a statement, saying she had not intended to make any statement on their relationship. “However, given the fact that texts were published this morning over my objection that were not authentic, taken completely out of context or incomplete, I feel compelled to address the false picture that has been portrayed,” she said.

Uchitel said that, for reasons unknown to her, someone is deliberately trying to portray her in a false light. “These texts should not have been published,” Uchitel said. “I am in possession of many authentic text messages between David and myself which portray a completely different picture than the one based upon the texts that have been published today.”

RadarOnline.com reported that the text messages between the two ranged from being graphically seductive to raging at him for not spending enough time with her.

In the messages released, Uchitel allegedly told Boreanaz that she was unable to see him in Los Angeles and urged him to come see her in New York City instead. “I need you here so we can be together,” Uchitel allegedly texted Boreanaz, according to RadarOnline.com.

Boreanaz then replied he was unable to come, saying “this is not a good time.” RadarOnline.com said the text messages were sent while Boreanaz’s wife, Jamie, was pregnant with the couple’s second child. “Just [censored] go and be with her,” Uchitel allegedly replied when Boreanaz said he was not able to visit her.”

Boreanaz then allegedly replied: “Why do u act like such a [censored] child!!! She is my wife.”

Uchitel, on Thursday in response to the text messages, said that Boreanaz pursued her. “The authentic texts which I have reveal that David Boreanaz repeatedly expressed his deep love and affection towards me,” she said. “Third, I broke off the relationship because I no longer respected or trusted him. Finally, I am deeply hurt and offended that anyone would think that I wanted to break up his family. Nothing could be further from the truth.”

The New York City nightclub executive made international headlines months ago after she was accused of having an affair with famed golfer Tiger Woods. She later admitted to the affair in a statement, but Woods has not spoken about it.
